Tilly es una población y comuna francesa, en la región de Isla de Francia, departamento de Yvelines, en el distrito de Mantes-la-Jolie y cantón de Houdan.

Pharaon
Le terme pharaon sert à désigner les rois et reines de l'Égypte antique. Les noms de 345 pharaons nous sont parvenus grâce à de multiples attestations dont des listes royales compilées par les scribes égyptiens. Ces souverains se sont succédé sur une période de plus de trois millénaires entre -3150 et -30. Depuis les Ægyptiaca de Manéthon, historien et grand-prêtre d'Héliopolis au -IIIᵉ siècle, cette longue période est divisée en trente dynasties depuis l'unification du royaume par le mythique Narmer-Ménès et jusqu'à la disparition de Nectanébo II en -343, le dernier pharaon d'une Égypte indépendante. Après lui se succèdent deux dynasties étrangères, la XXXIᵉ dynastie des empereurs perses achéménides et la dynastie des Ptolémées d'origine macédonienne. L'archéologie a aussi permis de distinguer une dynastie archaïque, antérieure à la première, la dynastie égyptienne zéro. Depuis le XIXᵉ siècle, les égyptologues regroupent ces dynasties en des séquences plus longues. Les trois plus importantes sont les « Empires égyptiens ». Chacun d'eux se termine par une période de déliquescence monarchique appelée « période intermédiaire ».

Since the first printing of Carl Linnaeus's Species Plantarum in 1753, plant species have been assigned one epithet for the species and one for their genus. These scientific names have been catalogued in a variety of works, including Stearn's Dictionary of Plant Names for Gardeners. William Stearn was one of the pre-eminent British botanists of the 20th century: a Librarian of the Royal Horticultural Society, a president of the Linnean Society and the original drafter of the International Code of Nomenclature for Cultivated Plants. The first column below lists species epithets from Stearn's Dictionary, excluding proper nouns and proper adjectives. Also excluded are some repetitive suffixes for plant parts and colours, and epithets used only in species names that, for a variety of reasons, are no longer widely accepted. The third column frequently cites Charlton T. Lewis's An Elementary Latin Dictionary. The last three columns indicate citations to Latin for Gardeners by Lorraine Harrison, Botanical Latin by Stearn, and The A to Z of Plant Names by Allen Coombes.
